HEALTHCARE PROCUREMENT SOFTWARE INDIA

Procurement software for clinics, diagnostics and dental groups in India.

Healthcare procurement software connects location-level equipment, consumable and service requests to central approval, supplier comparison, purchase orders, receipts and evidence—without becoming a clinical system.

THE OPERATING PROBLEM

Keep context with the decision.

Clinics and laboratories need speed, but critical equipment requirements, quotations, approvals, commissioning, warranty and AMC evidence can end up in separate personal files across locations.

WHO IT IS FOR

  • Diagnostic laboratory networks
  • Dental clinic groups
  • Specialty-clinic and day-care healthcare operators
  • Central operations, finance and procurement supporting multiple locations

CONNECTED WORKFLOW

From the request to evidence a reviewer can follow.

1AVAILABLE

Clinical-operating need

Record specification context, location, owner and required date without storing patient data.

2AVAILABLE

Authority and technical review

Keep commercial approval distinct from accountable technical acceptance.

3AVAILABLE

Comparable sourcing

Invite suppliers, normalise quotations and preserve non-L1 reasons.

4BETA

Outcome evidence

Connect PO, receipt, commissioning, warranty, AMC and invoice context within displayed availability boundaries.

REALISTIC EXAMPLE

One purchase, end to end.

A clinic requests a dental compressor. Central operations approves the need, procurement invites suppliers, a technical reviewer records mandatory fit, the selected supplier receives the PO, and receipt plus invoice evidence stays linked. Warranty and AMC follow-up remains visibly labelled where capability is beta.

What RAQOZ does not replace

RAQOZ does not replace LIMS, HMS/EMR, patient billing, clinical inventory, accounting/ERP, AERB, NABL or any clinical, regulatory or quality-management conclusion.

Start with one bounded scope

  • Pilot one equipment or consumable category across two or three locations.
  • Keep patient and clinical records outside the procurement workflow.
  • Name the person responsible for specification, receipt, commissioning and warranty follow-up.
  • Use a new-location planner for long-lead equipment before a clinic opening.

Move from Excel, email and WhatsApp

  • Choose one department, location or recurring purchase type; do not migrate every historic spreadsheet on day one.
  • Import the supplier and item records that are still active, then assign an owner to duplicates and missing fields.
  • Keep old email, WhatsApp and spreadsheet files as source evidence while new purchases begin in the controlled workflow.
  • Define who requests, approves, sources, receives and reviews invoices before switching the first live purchase.

Security and evidence boundaries

  • Organisation data and procurement records remain tenant-scoped; public-site analytics never receives supplier names, prices, documents or purchase records.
  • Material workflow actions retain actor and timestamp evidence, while corrections create new evidence instead of silently rewriting history.
  • RAQOZ records procurement decisions and payment states. It does not move money, replace the accounting ledger, certify compliance or issue audit, tax or legal conclusions.

USEFUL NEXT STEPS

Use the workflow before buying it.

BUYER QUESTIONS

Questions worth answering before rollout.

Is RAQOZ a hospital or laboratory system?

No. It controls procurement evidence and does not replace clinical or patient systems.

Can technical reviewers participate without making the award?

The workflow distinguishes technical acceptance, commercial comparison and accountable award decisions.

Can locations receive partial deliveries?

Partial and full goods-receipt capability is available within the page-level beta boundary.

Does RAQOZ certify NABL or AERB compliance?

No. It may organise purchase evidence but does not certify compliance or issue regulatory conclusions.

Can the group consolidate similar clinic requirements?

The product foundation supports multi-location demand records. Opportunity Radar consolidation intelligence remains disabled until evidence-safe production criteria are met.

ONE PRIMARY ACTION

Prove the workflow with one real purchase.

Start with one department or location. Preserve the old evidence, define the owners and learn before widening the rollout.
