RAQOZ service terms
These launch terms govern authorised access to RAQOZ. An executed order form or enterprise agreement prevails where it conflicts with this page.
Platform scope
RAQOZ records and orchestrates procurement decisions and payment states. It is not a bank, payment system, credit bureau, tax adviser or guarantee of supplier performance. Public availability labels govern feature claims.
Data and confidentiality
Each party must protect the other party’s confidential information. Customers retain responsibility for their business records; Cyclotron Technologies may process them only to provide, secure and support RAQOZ and meet legal obligations.
Service, fees and liability
Plans, taxes, renewal, support and service commitments follow the applicable order. Free or beta capabilities may change. To the extent permitted by law, indirect and consequential loss is excluded and aggregate liability is limited by the applicable agreement. Nothing excludes liability that law does not allow to be excluded.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for material security risk, unlawful use or non-payment after applicable notice. Export and retention arrangements follow the applicable agreement and law.
